Wed 24 July 2019 | 7:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Cafe Saga - Pinhas 4, Tel Aviv,

Wednesday, July 24 We will be screening the Israeli classics of Dror Shaul, the Academy Award winner we all grew up on and it is always fun to see again – “Operation Grandma” 🙂

Grandma Chaya Sagiv died at the age of 92 at an old age home in Netanya. Her three grandsons – Alon, a lieutenant colonel in the IDF who is in the midst of chasing a terrorist, Benny, a gold cable operator, and Idan, a boarding school counselor – are very busy, the kibbutz where the family was born refuses to take part in the funeral arrangements. The film has been awarded the Best Drama Academy Award and has since become a cult film, especially among former kibbutzniks,

so how does it work in Cinema Saga,
sitting in front of one of the two giant screens, inside with a perfect sound and outside with crazy headphones , At the Arches Plaza, arrange for a glass of wine or a cocktail and watch with pleasure 🙂

Wednesday 24th / 24th at Saga Cafe!
We meet at 19:00 to catch up, eat, snack and drink some cocktail 🙂
20:00 Start of screening!
The entrance is free and the earphones are on us.
