On an open day you can come and experience in person whether you have a lot of experience practicing qi kong or never practiced and you wish to do your health well. This course is a gift for life for those who want to acquire a profession or another powerful tool in their field of work and also for those who simply seek to improve their health and learn corrective and healthy physical activity to take care of themselves and their families.
Participation in an open day is an experience in itself and therefore we have open days around the country with a nominal cost of only 30 NIS, so there is no reason to hesitate to simply register to get there.
