What is a Mandala?
A mandala is a geometric configuration symbol. In many spiritual traditions, mandalas can be used for focusing , as a spiritual guidance tool, for establishing a sacred space and as a meditation tool.
Come to create your own Mandala and have a spiritual experience with therapeutic effects through art.

Valeria is an artist, architect, and personal coach, who has lead individual and group Reconstructive Art workshops for 7 years
She helps people of all backgrounds to reach their personal potential through creativity and coaching, using tools such as Art creation, Reiki, Meditation, Biodanza, and NLP techniques.
