We open “Mosaic” in Old Jaffa with singer Liraz Cherki who arrives in Kedumim Square after world-wide travels for a mesmerizing show that combines traditional Persian sounds and contemporary electronic sound // Thursday 7.10, at 20:30 // Admission is free!
This is the opening shot of “Mosaica” in Old Jaffa – a series of performances in the most beautiful square in Jaffa during the month of October. We have collected for you the music we love the most and all the worlds that make up the mosaic of Old Jaffa – East and West, new and old, rock and electronics. All performances will take place in Kedumim Square under the open sky and celebrate the renewal that the square has undergone in the past year with new restaurants and entertainment venues.

פותחים את “מוזיאקה” ביפו העתיקה עם הזמרת לירז צ׳רכי שמגיעה לכיכר קדומים אחרי מסעות חובקי עולם למופע מהפנט המשלב צלילים פרסיים מסורתיים וסאונד אלקטרוני עכשווי // חמישי 7.10, בשעה 20:30 // הכניסה חופשית!
הזמרת לירז צ׳רכי ממשיכה לפרוץ גבולות מוסיקליים עם האלבום ‘ZAN’ (׳אישה׳ בפרסית), תוצר של שיתוף פעולה מחתרתי בין לירז לבין מלחינים ומוסיקאים איראניים שנאלצו לשמור על הפרויקט בחשאיות שיא מחשש לביטחונם. האלבום שמשלב אלקטרו פופ נוצץ בהשראת שנות ה-70 באיראן עם השפה והאלמנטים הפרסיים המובהקים מוקדש לנשים במשפחתה של לירז. הוא הכה גלים באירופה וארה״ב וזיכה את לירז בפרס האמנית הטובה ביותר לשנת 2021 של המגזין הנחשב Songlines והיא השתתפה בליין הלייב סשנים היוקרתי של הרדיו האמריקאי KEXP.

זוהי יריית הפתיחה של “מוזאיקה” ביפו העתיקה – סדרת הופעות בכיכר הכי יפה ביפו במהלך חודש אוקטובר. ליקטנו עבורכם את המוזיקה שאנחנו הכי אוהבים ואת כל העולמות שמרכיבים את הפסיפס של יפו העתיקה – מזרח ומערב, חדש וישן, רוק ואלקטרוניקה. כל ההופעות יתקיימו בכיכר קדומים תחת כיפת השמיים וחוגגות את ההתחדשות שהכיכר עברה בשנה האחרונה עם מסעדות ומקומות בילוי חדשים.
