Third Floor on the Left is pleased to present PSA – A Philosophy of Poverty, a dedicated solo exhibition to Lior Waterman’s space that opens the third season of the project.
PSA is a nomadic project, moving from an experience reflecting on the voices of law pertaining to and rubbing the boundaries of human logic from a programmed encounter between water sound and living sculpture.
