Many of the guys who come to us as part of Tomer and Chris’s project complain about the dating sites, so we decided to bring you a lecture to explain exactly why. So, in conjunction with what the schedule is, we invite you and you to lecture with Shiri Omar Gal on the psychology of dating sites.
Before the age of internet and smartphone, to recognize potential spouses we had to go out to the nearest bar, have a look around the bar and hope there is a single person around. Who also want to know.Today, the vacancy scene – has moved considerably to apps and dating sites.The transition from pub to apps has changed almost everything, through the filtering, the rules, the communication …. to the point that sometimes it feels like a completely different world.
In the lecture we will talk about the dating sites and learn from the experience of the studies and the sites themselves – what picture should I put? How do we choose dating sites when there is such a large supply? These match rates – does it really work? We will come out and ask the important questions as our goal – to become more aware, and hopefully smarter, dating sites.
