Latina Palestina are happy to present a full weekend of events at Samila!

Thu 29.8 – Poster Exhibition

Latina palestina has a unique visual style, created by Andres Gurwic each party and release poster was painted using markers and later digitally processed, for the first time the originals will be presented along side the finished works in Samila’s gallery.
Sophia Ton will spin some grooves from all around the world.

Fri 30.8 – Live Music

A special afternoon of live shows mixing latin
“AVIV EZRA DUO”:
Aviv Ezra (Oud, Vocals) brings back old iraqi songs from the beginning of last century, the songs from that era of cultural prosperity are revived with new arrangements accompanied by Johana Ritmuller on Violin and Joza.

“DESCARGA CUMBIA”:

The meaning of “Descargar” in Spanish is to unload.
Descarga Cumbia Will unload huge blocks of groove from our semi improvised Caribbean spaceship into Samila harbor in the Yaffa port city.
