Kineret Open Air Festival – on its way!
The KOA Festival is the first Israeli metal festival to be held in the structure of the major metal festivals abroad!
The festival will take place on October 22 and 23 at the Jordan Park complex.

The festival is expected to be the first of its kind, a festival that will give a stage to no less than twenty Israeli metal bands, the metal genre is an active and vibrant genre that has only grown in popularity in recent years.

Since the outbreak of the Corona plague, almost all of the genre’s major international festivals have been canceled – such as the Wacken Open Air Festival held every summer in Germany, or the annual Hellfest Festival in France – and the Kineret Open Air’s vision is to provide local audiences with an overseas festival experience. The festival will take place from Friday morning until Saturday night, with regular sleeping in the park complex with sleeping bags, tents and camping for families, with the option to rent caravans, the complex will also have tattoo and piercing stalls, food and drink stalls of various types, CD stalls and other attractions not yet seen at the festival Music in Israel.

In the area of โ€‹โ€‹the festival complex there will be shaded picnic tables with arranged BBQ stands, and there will be a grocery store to buy groceries, as well as pools for the benefit of ticket buyers, and a special operating complex for children, including inflatables and more.

Admission for children up to the age of 12 is free accompanied by an adult and subject to a negative corona test.

The festival will be held subject to the Ministry of Health’s green mark policy, and admission will be allowed to the vaccinated only or subject to the presentation of a negative corona test.
