JT & The Magnificent Soul are Tamir Grinberg and Jonathan Peled’s dream project. Came out of their love for the blues rooted music they both grew up on, the two decided to put together a big band combining both Israeli and New York based musicians to find the specific sound for the band. as they are dividing their time between both city’s, so as the big band finds a new sound each performance and giving a new life to the pieces which they play. The bands repertoire varies from Ray Charles, Count Basie to even Paul Simon, emphasising their deep passion for the blues – Jazz – soul sound they so deeply cherish.
