Do you also want to find out how to manage your manager?

** About the lecture **

Are you frustrated with your relationship with your manager at work?

“My boss comes to me with unreasonable demands, and I can’t convince her she’s wrong.”

“I work great, do professional work and always meet times, but my manager doesn’t see me.”

“It’s clear to everyone that this client is just making trouble. I don’t see why my manager wants us to invest so much in it.”

“My manager doesn’t answer emails, you can’t work like that!”

The above sentences are familiar to you?

Relationships with our manager are always complex and sometimes charged and frustrating. Almost everyone has stories about his manager who doesn’t understand him, doesn’t promote him, or just doesn’t do the right thing. One of the things we are not told is that we can easily improve the relationship with the manager through simple methods, and reach the position we can achieve much more. It’s called “managing your manager” and believe it or not – your executives would die doing it.

Miri Choriel believes that relationships with the manager are the most important relationships in the workplace, and that if we just decide to look at them and invest in them a little, we can dramatically improve our achievements and job satisfaction. In the lecture she will share with you practical methods and tips she has developed throughout her career, to bridge the gaps and to achieve successful collaboration between the levels.

** About the Lecturer **

Miri Choriel currently serves as a mentor to executives, having worked for many years as VP of high-tech development, has repeatedly experienced the pain within the company, and the communication gaps between the manager and subordinates, even at the highest levels.
