What’s on the menu?

Andive Salad – with blue cheese in citrus vinaigrette and yuzu, pink ladybug, arugula and roasted almonds.

Salmon Carpaccio – Soy Vinaigrette, Yuzhou, Tahini, Plums, Pickled Yolk, Coriander, Pickled Onion, Green Onion, Wokma Algae and Fried Bean.

Tataki som tam – seared tuna on spicy papaya salad with green and purple onions, cherry tomatoes, peanuts and herbs.

Greens – broccoli, broad beans, snow peas, and baked coconut in olive oil and lemon with garlic, soy and grated parmesan.

Fillet Dennis on the Plancha – Served on potato cream, wasabi and seared asparagus. Served with potato mashed potatoes with chopped green onion.

Beef fillet skewer – Oisin glass fee, charred cabbage and garlic confit. Served with green / mashed potatoes with chopped green onion.
