The Herbal medicine workshop will give you the tools and knowledge needed to fight off winter sicknesses. You will learn what foods to avoid and what to add.
What herbs can be used for phlegm, bronchitis, ear infections, fevers, coughs, sore throats and essential oils.
We will make elderberry syrup and all natural vapor rub that each participant will take home. (Valued at 100nis)
