Radio Rock is proud to present: Grunge Day 2
After a crazy event with more than 300 participants last year, this radio and the Mad Alice band continue the tradition and bring you the best of the grunge in a live, legendary and loyal show, along with the top of the scene, a battery of ruthless vocalists who grew up on Nirvana, Chines, Pearl Jam, Soundgarden, Stone Temple Pilates and Mader Love Bone.
This year we will mark 25 years (!!) for the death of Kurt Cobain, who committed suicide in his home on April 5, 1994
Amazingly, eight years later on April 5, 2002, Lane Style, the Alice in Chains vocalist, was found dead at home after taking an overdose of hard drugs.
A joyous event that happened on the same date in 1966 was born guitarist Pearl Jam Mike McCready and he will celebrate his 53rd birthday this year.
All of these events, as well as the tragic death of Chris Cornell two years ago, bring us to Radio Radio Rock to mark the event and the date today grunge, an event in which we celebrate and celebrate this exciting genre.
