Brad Sullivan, who works in Strategic Partnerships at Google, will talk about how new Voice and Assistant technologies are transforming the shopping experience and will provide an overview of how to reach and engage users throughout these new surfaces.
About the speaker:
Brad oversees several national retailer partnerships across Google Shopping, focusing on building out omnichannel fulfillment with Google Express and new Assistant shopping experiences powered by Artificial Intelligence. Brad also leads Google’s Omnichannel Retail Advisory Council.
Prior to joining Google, Brad helped design and launch eBay’s In Store Pickup and Same Day Delivery programs. Brad started his career as an M&A consultant with PwC and holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson.
