Fri 12 October 2018 | 10:00 am - 2:00 pm
Noa Dar Dance Group - Laskov 13, Tel Aviv, 500 NIS

The Workshop is a deep two-day physical research workshop, with a focus on knowledge gained by experimenting and experiencing. It’s going to be intense, challenging, fascinating, and mainly – fun!

No formal dance background is necessary, but it is important to come with a good background in any movement work, and an ability to work relatively intensely for 4 hours straight.

Body Action <> Movement Relation is a training programme based on the construction of physical actions. It encourages participants to move through a common language and not through dance codes. It breaks down and decodes established and predetermined dance languages. The workshop is a representation of control and physical intuition. Its purpose is to cause states: physical, mental and even emotional, all through physicality. It guides the participant to find the truth in his body and to contact with his own way of moving, assuming information through the will of intuition. The class is about experiential knowledge. It takes the body to its maximum capabilities with a corporately controlled risk.
