Beeri is so much more than just the events of October 7th. To mark three years since the tragedy and the kibbutz’s 80th anniversary, the Israeli Opera is hosting a special exhibition: ‘Sowing in Tears.’ Curated by Gilad Melzer, this show moves beyond the headlines to explore eight decades of life in Beeriโ€”the agriculture, art, community, and families that defined the place. It is a powerful look at the human story behind the name. The opening night on October 5th features a moving musical performance by Tal Ganor, Anat Czarny, Raphael Skorka, and Gatit Boazson.
