It is time to promote it with one of the important tools that exist: BMC (Business Model Canvas) – a tool by which an idea is distributed to its business components, and by means of it you can understand the structure and the methods of action in which we put the project into operation. In the workshop we will focus, among other things, on experimenting with the methodology, analysis of companies we all know, characterizing the target audience, how to reach it and mainly – what the value of your project creates.
