David Bowie was born as David Robert Jones in Brixton, London.
When he was fifteen, during a quarrel with a friend over a girl’s heart, his eye was struck, giving the impression that it was darker. The uneven pupils that gave his eye a different color look had become Bowie’s most famous trademark over the years.
