☆ 20:00 Opening the entrance doors to the space to take a breather and have a little fun
☆ 20:30 beginners: explanation of the guidelines and the experience – this is important for everyone who comes for the first time. Please arrive on time – otherwise you will have to go through the entire explanation outside and miss the start of course
☆ 20:35 Movement warm-up led by Amos Avidani – get into the atmosphere, open the heart and warm the body
☆ 20:45 which merges into a live set led by DJ GAIA
