Brielle Collins, owner of Shraddha and Liat Gorodenzik, creative director of POISE studios happily invite you to our introduction to Creating a Sacred Space at Shraddha Yoga Studio
This will take place on Saturday, December 21st from 1:30 – 3:30 PM
Together we will share candidly and weave in the importance of creating a sacred space. Exploring the 5 elements, sacred sounds, meditation, purification, intentions, prayers, alignment and more. We will be offering tools and inspiration for you to curate your own sacred space within your home. A place where you can go to feel centered, to practice mediation, to set intentions for your own life and so much more.
As part of the workshop, we ask of you to bring one object with you that is special to you. You will be going home with many tools and magical objects to use within your own sacred space you create. Each participant will be gifted with a special stone, a handmade sage stick and a palo santo to help cultivate a sacred space for their home.
