In 2003, five extremely talented musicians from Jerusalem, Israel, and around the world, found each other and came together to form one of the most unique and dynamic bands to emerge to the music scene.
In 2008, The group called Coolooloosh released their second studio album “Elements of sound” produced by Grammy® nominated engineer/producer David Ivory (The Roots, Erykah Badu), and immediately caught the attention of massive listeners from all around the globe.
By 2014, after touring all over the world mainly around the US, the band announced one farewell concert in their hometown Jerusalem, and performed their fusion of Hip-Hop, Jazz, Ethnic and Soul music for the last time in front of major audience, setting off the paths for some of Israel’s most influential solo careers in its music scene today.
The band consists these days of Yuval Gerstein (Guitar and Vocal), Rebel Sun (MC), Ori Winokur (Bass and vocal), Ongy Zisling (Saxophones), Yogev Shitrit on Drums and Omer Luz aka Peter Spacey (Turntable and Synths)
They decided to reunite once again in 2018, with many musical treasures to bring from both then and now.
