We’re returning to Shraddha Yoga Studio Tuesday 18th at 8:15pm for our monthly meditation gathering 🧘🧘
June’s gathering will include sound meditation/ bath (metal bowls and a gong) with the metal instruments helping induce overall relaxation and a deeper state of meditation.
