During his career in film in NY and Israel, 1995 saw his passions for wine ignited while producing and directing a documentary about Israeli wine. In 2000 Zeev moved to a Moshav in the Jerusalem Hills to plant a vineyard and opened Seahorse: a boutique winery that produces around 30,000 bottles a year…
