Cannabis has been out of bounds for doctors and researchers in the United States for the last 80 years, but recently scientists have discovered anti-cancer properties. Armed with laboratory studies only, parents are desperate to obtain cannabis oil from clandestine sources in order to save their children from cancer. “Cannabis for the masses” accompanies these families as they navigate unknown areas and take their children’s lives into their own hands. About the lecturer:
Shlomi Sandak fought and promoted the issue of medical cannabis since 1994. He was one of the founders of the Green Leaf Party. He currently manages the Israeli Center for Medical Cannabis and teaches in various courses
