THE EXPERIENCE:

A cocoa ceremony that allows for an experience of recollection of the deepest essence that beats in us.

In the past seven years Shahar Caspi has been offering cocoa ceremonies in Israel and around the world. From deep cocoa journeys of groups of 30 participants to tribal rituals of 500 participants with one essence. To allow all participants to stay in a safe and held space and to discover how to give the diamond that lives inside to shine out alive.

Shahar learned about the cocoa in 2009-2011 with the Mayan tribe and discovered that this technique allows deep work through the opening of the heart. Organic raw cocoa, when cooked in the proper and correct manner, allows the secretion of hormones (serotonin, oxytocin and dopamine), increases the rate of blood flow and slows the rate of thoughts passing through our heads.
All these allow us to reach a deeper experience of presence.

In this ceremony we will discover the deep connection to our body and clear consciousness through precise guidance, special music and the possibility of feeling that each and every one of us has himself and the support of the group. This is an opportunity to open your heart together and learn more about our “operating system” and celebrate the magic that beats in us.

Come dance with us

ABOUT THE CACAO

With over 1200 chemical ingredients, theobroma beans (from the Greek: Theo = God and Bruma = food) appear to be one of the most complex foods available in nature. Cocoa has been used for more than a thousand years as a solution and a remedy for a wide range of health problems. Also, ceremonial use of cocoa by shamans and priests of the Temple of Central America in ancient times in order to connect with the kingdom of the spirit and high consciousness.

Cocoa contains neurotransmitters such as serotonin, dopamine and tryptophan that help with feelings of well-being, emotional resilience, and anxiety release. These ingredients contribute to healthy motivation and peace of mind.

Cocoa helps us to pay attention and stay awake. We can stay focused, the sense of time lengthens and we are not distracted by hunger or excessive stimulation from the ‘outside world’. Cocoa also increases the effectiveness of norepinephrine, a neurotransmitter associated with joy and pleasure.

Cocoa alkaloids are basic compounds, neurotransmitters, vitamins and minerals specific to cocoa and have a nutritious effect on the human body. The effects of these conductors are increased when cocoa is not roasted or processed and when cocoa is consumed in a ceremonial forum with intent and safe space.

When you consume our raw cocoa during the ceremony, the state of being changes. Cocoa has activated neurochemicals and increases blood flow to the brain, heart and kin. The entire body feeds, the level of awareness increases, and the ability to focus increases when the body’s emotions become stronger

ABOUT OUR SPECIAL CACAO

We perform ceremonies with organic raw cocoa from Atitlan Lake in Guatemala and Organic Cocoa from Peru. The quality of our cocoa beans (without roasting) is exceptional when the cocoa is crushed in a conscious process with attention and intent. We have a direct connection to the source of our cocoa

Every month when the full moon arrived, the whole tribe gathered at the foot of the pyramid. The village medical man would come out of the doorway and pray. Each one of them moved around the campfire and received a cleansing of the herbal medicine to shed the yesterday and open up to the moon.

The medical women sat around the fire and whispered prayers to the pot. Sang and played to her and sought to discover through her the “truth” inside. What initiation would be possible this night. What the full moon would raise in our midst.

When the whole tribe united and descended to earth, the forehead touched the ground and delivered a prayer to Ichakako, the goddess of fertility and cocoa, who would bless the ceremony and the abundant experience that it carried in it. Each person received the holy jug and was baptized in the center of the forehead by his friend. They closed their eyes and planted in their consciousness the seed of a new and pure intention for their development before drinking. The cocoa medissane slowly moved down the throat. The blessed red liquid came in when the outer eyes closed and the inner eyes of attention opened to reveal the mystery

Slowly, movement was felt in the center of the chest and stomach. Enchanted sounds entered the space and this dance passed through them. Each and every one of us discovered the deep feeling that is possible when I have me and have my tribe behind me.

When space is sacred and synchronized, the spirit moves from one to the other without words, and the tribe becomes a tribe of medicine that reveals the flow that is realized when everyone moves in the same frequency together, and so evolution continues the spiral of life. Consciousness arises and there is clarity, the heart opens and the body is free and wild.

Thanks to Ichakaku and the cacao medicine for a night that can not be described in words
