It’s been almost two years since I’ve had this idea in my mind and I want to do it but I love to do what you do on the weekend so only once for the entire month of September from 9:00 to 17:00 (Thursday, Friday, Saturday) Asiatic of my dreams that will throw you into other worlds that make magic in them and you can pardon them lazily, I will of course be there to prepare and chatter and laugh and smile in peace.
In the menu:
(Tuna tuna, red tataki, tofu, soybean, Malaysian bread, tuna, tuna, tuna, tahini, MOTHER OF DRAGON (a herb salad with a half-hard egg), broccoli and peanuts.
Butter Creamers – Stuffed with miso cream and smoked roasted tomatoes with a mysterious egg basil, coriander and chili
Ban Me – a soft baguette filled with scrambled celery and bacon with smoked ginger mayonnaise and purple basil
(Lunchtime from beef or smoked tofu)
Mango Salad – with Malaysian salsa of coriander, basil, cilantro and mint
Rice porridge Coconut cream rose water and vanilla – with figs in caramel cinnamon, fresh peaches and cashews
Popsies – rice, green, beef stew / tofu, egg with or without, peanuts, lime
