Organizations today face the need to constantly adapt in order to meet market demands, creating new kinds of products and services for changing consumer needs, expectations and aspirations. And yet in their efforts to adapt, businesses often struggle to succeed – not because their ideas are invaluable, but rather because their organizations are not built to support agile teams and development.
In order to design for the changing world surrounding them, businesses must incorporate design within, and throughout, the organization.
