Yael Elad from Aleph VC is hosting Yazamiyot for an open discussion about investment processes, the pain of failure and the role of women in the tech scene.

About Yael Elad:

Yael Elad is CFO of Aleph, a venture capital fund operating in Tel Aviv. She works with entrepreneurs and the fund’s portfolio companies and to improve operations and processes as an infrastructure for growth. Prior to joining Aleph Yael managed the private equity investment portfolio at two of Israel’s largest institutional investors. She has considerable management consulting experience working for large international corporations in the US, Europe and Africa. She holds various board seats, Castro, Bituach Yashir and City Pass, to name a few. Yael holds a BA from UCLA and an MA from Brown University, both in Economics.
