About Eran Elhalal
Inspired by his Bosnian grandmother, Israeli-born Eran Elhalal serves cuisine that tours the balkan. Back in New York he ran the restaurant “Saro” with warm recommendations by Michelin. His devise:”Comfort food you did not get to grow up eating”.
