Pleased to launch the first of many exchange shifts between bars – a whole bar showcasing their menu and unique style for one night and the first guest bar is the famous Baba au Rum from Athens, Greece.
Baba au Rum became famous as the first Mediterranean cocktail bar to recieve international recognition, and the bar had many awards in its 8 years of operation – but we are better swayed by their great hospitality, cocktail selection and preference for exotic rums.
Next Tuesday, both Thanos and Phaedon – the leading roles at Baba au Rum will host a shift at the French57, serving their unique cocktail choices from their new menu, along with their exceptional hospitality and fun vibes.
