Artstan took on the responsibility of creating an anarchist and positivist environment for nationalists; A home for anyone who chooses to turn their back on the center and migrate to the margins.
Artstan is the place to meet the faces behind the paintings and letters and unite around one common truth – creation.
Artstan tries to maintain a rebellious authority that invites each and every one to present himself as a great artist – first class, in Artstan there is no need to present diplomas or fill out

The mere arrival at Artstan is a Gushpanka: proof of competence and suitability.
None of Artsten has profit goals, except for the profit each artist makes from the sale and exchange of his works with other artists or with the public.
Our profit is our mutual meeting and support for each other, our profit is in proving that it is possible to create even without sponsors and that it is possible to sell without breaking the bank.

ארטסטן הוא המקום לפגוש את הפרצופים שמאחורי הציורים והאותיות ולהתאגד סביב אמת אחת משותפת – יצירה.
ארטסטאן מנסה לקיים אותוריטה מורדת המזמינה כל אחד ואחת להציג בה את עצמו כאומן רב – מעלה מהשורה הראשונה, בארטסטאן אין צורך להציג דיפלומות או למלא

עצם ההגעה לארטסטן מהווה גושפנקא: הוכחת כשירות והתאמה.
לאף אחד מארטסטן אין מטרות רווח, למעט הרווח שכל אומן עושה ממכירה ומהחלפה של היצירות שלו עם אומנים אחרים או עם הקהל.
הרווח שלנו הוא המפגש והפרגון ההדדי שלנו אחד לשני, הרווח שלנו הוא בהוכחה שאפשר ליצור גם בלי ספונסרים ושאפשר למכור גם בלי לקרוע את הכיס.
