“Hola Paella” and Hoodna Bar invite you to an evening of chef in the alley – an evening that is all about authentic Spanish flavors.
As is customary in the country to do on fire and around the barbecue, a whole cultural event is created – so in Spain there is the paella, the star of the street celebrations and the festival (festival).
Wherever there are people, music and alcohol – there is also a paella that cares for the celebrating palate.
Dor, while learning the wonders of cooking in Spain, fell in love with the idea and decided that his people should receive all this good and so we are importing this street celebration to us in Israel and more specifically to the neighborhood bar in Florentine.
