We invite you to a full-day retreat where we will explore two major and important chakras in our bodies – the sex chakra and the throat chakra. Sexuality is a communication in itself. Sexuality is a relationship! A great part of our sexuality is to know what we want, to understand and to know what our desires and needs are, and to connect them first of all to ourselves, and from there to the environment – “I am happy, I do not want, I love, I feel …” The sex chakra – deals with optimism, joy, joy of life and sexuality. When this chakra is balanced, we express self-fulfillment and satisfaction. A person who has a healthy and active chakra will be a person with a connection to high self-worth, for personal and physical needs. Such a person will be considerate of others and desires of the other with an awareness of inner abilities. Chakra throat – deals with our expression in the world. The external expression, from us outside – to communicate with those around us, to communicate us – our desires and needs. The inner expression – our familiarity with ourselves, to begin to conduct honest and genuine internal speech and conversation among ourselves, without judgment, criticism, acknowledgment of our feelings, feelings, without embellishing, repressing or ignoring everything that exists within us. The connection between these two chakras is the sacred connection. Sacred sexuality. The connection of our self with the outside. The connection of physical communication, physical, emotional, sensory, real and sincere. The entire day is based on Dana (generously donated according to the will and ability – details below) ______________________________________________________ What’s in the program: 9:30 – Gathering and Shalom Shalom. 10: 00-12: 00 – Open circuit and dynamic meditation – for the opening, release and flow of energy in the body. 12: 00-15: 00 – Deep Throat Session – With tools from the psychodrama world, movement and breathing, we will explore the throat chakra in depth. We will learn how to release and activate our sound energy that helps us express, enlarge, dare, relax and open important centers in the body (in the brain glands, genitals). 15: 00-17: 30 – Re-Birthing – Intended for sexual healing – The power of breathing is miraculous, both in healing on a physical level, both mentally and spiritually.
