As the director of the Makers project I realized that it is very important for me to come and give my story as well and especially for that I decided to build the following lecture, for you, for me and for all the sensitive people Out There –

We will start by flooding all the “problems” and challenges of being “sensitive people”
❊ We will talk about why this sensitivity is so important to us for our relationship with ourselves
❊ How all of this will contribute to our relationship with colleagues, clients and all the people we come in contact with during our doing
❊ What gifts it gives us for life
❊Why does the world desperately need us ?!
❊and how to take it all for the healthiest and most stable growth for ourselves.

והפעם… “עסקים לאנשים רגישים”- הרצאה מאת שגיא בן אביב

במהלך השנים חייתי בתחושה שאין לי איך להצליח בעולם הזה של העשייה כי אני “רגישה” מידי למשחק הזה.
אני זוכרת קולות של אנשים מבחוץ שאמרו לי
“שגיא- יאכלו אותך שם בלי מלח, את חייבת להתחספס קצת, אי אפשר להיות כזו רגישה ונחמדה ולצפות להצליח”.

האמונה הזו רדפה אותי שנים אבל עמוק בתוכי ידעתי שאפשר אחרת,
ידעתי שאין מצב מבחינתי לוותר על מי שאני- אז המשכתי בדרכי עד שהבנתי, שהרגישות הזו, היא אחת המתנות היותר גדולות שקיבלתי בחיי, גם בעשייה, גם בעסקים,
רק צריך ללמוד להסתכל עליה בצורה חדשה ואוהבת (:

אני לא מתיימרת להיום היום אשת עסקים סופר דופר מדופלמת , אבל אין ספק שאם כל מה שאני הספקתי ללמוד עזר לי להפסיק להתחבא במיטה, להספיק לעשות מליון דברים שבחיים לא עשיתי, לצבור הישגים ורק לצמוח (חמסה חמסה) – אז כנראה שההרצאה הזו תהיה בעלת ערך לעוד מישהו בעולם =]

כמנהלת פרוייקט המייקרס הבנתי שזה חשוב לי מאוד לבוא ולתת גם את הסיפור שלי ובמיוחד בשביל זה החלטתי לבנות את ההרצאה הבאה, בשבילכם, בשבילי ובשביל כל האנשים הרגישים Out There –

❊ נתחיל בלהציף את כל ה”בעיות” והאתגרים בהיותנו “אנשים רגישים”
❊ נדבר על למה הרגישות הזו כל כך חשובה לנו ליחסים שלנו עם עצמנו
❊ איך כל זה יתרום לנו ביחסים עם הקולגות, הלקוחות וכל האנשים שאנחנו באים איתם במגע במהלך העשייה שלנו
❊ איזה מתנות זה מעניק לנו לחיים
❊למה העולם זקוק לנו נואשות ?!
❊ואיך לוקחים את כל זה למען הצמיחה הכי בריאה ויציבה עבור עצמנו.

– הוא נושא חשוב ואולי לא כל כך מדובר,
והגיע הזמן לתת לו קצת במה.
