Join us for a 2 hour introductory workshop to explore the fundamental principles of fermentation’s various types with Piece of nature founder Moran Naor.

Learn about the benefits of fermenting your own food, the basic skills and equipment required to start fermenting at home and how to add fermented food to your daily routine.

Each of the participant will get fermenting kit which will include a guide book, a jar of kimchi, a bottle of kombucha with a scoby inside and a jar of sauerkraut that you will be making on your own.

Throughout the workshop you’ll also be tasting all sorts of other delicious and varied fermented foods from the Piece of Nature pantry. COME HUNGRY!!!
