The pop-up bar has taken permanent residence in Derech Jaffa 9, a closed-off courtyard in South Central Tel Aviv underneath their flagship Salon Romano restaurant. A new addition is Tel Aviv celebrity chef Eyal Shani’s first pizza restaurant, serving huge delicately-thin-crust pizza with great chunks of melting mozarella.
