Why Sukkah in the desert?
Succah in the desert is the only site in Israel that is completely far from any source of light, lies in the heart of nature, far from infrastructure, 900 meters above sea level, bordering the Negev Highlands Nature Reserve and near the cliff of the Ramon Crater. These conditions and more, the unique Sukkah in the desert, are optimal conditions for watching the sparkling night sky!
*** There are several options for participating in the event:
Guided viewing with a non-sleeping telescope (70 NIS per person (4 years old)
Guided viewing + night accommodation in the desert Sukkah (accommodation + dinner + breakfast + entrance to the pool) – NIS 950 per couple, 420 NIS per child from the age of 4, 200 per child 2-4.
Watch guided + camping overnight accommodation complex one-time (up to 60 people) – 240 per couple, +2 350 per couple (ages 2-12), NIS 100 for another adult in a tent.
Guided viewing + night Accommodation at the Orchard Garden (entrance to the compound, up to 30 persons only) – 210 NIS per person.

למה סוכה במדבר?
סוכה במדבר הינה האתר היחיד בישראל המרוחק לחלוטין מכל מקור אור, שוכנת בלב הטבע הרחק מתשתיות, בגובה 900 מטר מעל פני הים, על גבול שמורת טבע הר הנגב ובקרבה למצוק מכתש רמון. תנאים אלו ועוד, הייחודים לסוכה במדבר, מהווים תנאים אופטימאליים לצפייה בשמי הלילה הנוצצים!
