Grab a chair and make yourself comfortable with a pizza tray and a glass of beer and watch Amit Itzkar’s independent and talked about documentary that tells the story of the rise and fall of the independent music label “Fast Music” and the club “The Turntable” founded by Amir Shur and Amir “Django” Rossiano (Ascott mix ) in the late nineties as a reaction to the mainstream music industry that dominated at the time. Amir and Django were two idealists who were burned out by the industry and decided to establish something real together – a musical collective of independent artists who would only do what they love and believe in. The club has become home to different and varied music scenes, but can the idyllic vision last like this for long?

An entertaining and exciting documentary that includes fine music, rare archival materials and interviews with Yali Sobol, Rami Portis, Assaf Amdorsky, David Baroza, Maor Cohen, Gal Thorn, Yoav Kutner, Yuval Mendelson, Dan Thorn, Sharon Kantor, Elisha Banai, Dana Kessler, Ram Orion, Yosels ID and many others.
