Enter Noa Schwartz’s Tel Aviv workspace and the first thing you notice are the books. Stacked all around, it is clear to see that the graphic designer loves print, and has a nuanced understanding of the way that it becomes a part of the story that an artist is trying to tell.
After a few years in London working on her award winning designs with Ron Arad, Schwartz came back to Tel Aviv to become a graphic designer for herself. Now working on projects that speak to her with clients who quickly become friends, the designer’s focus is making meaningful and substantive books that encapsulate an artist’s work.
She doesn’t believe in the word ‘No’ and is simultaneously a student and a teacher (at TAU and Shenkar, respectively). It is clear that Noa Schwartz has a lot to tell, and every story is worth reading. Written by Marissa Shapiro.
