Kitchen market is a contemporary restaurant, situated in the top floor of the harbor market in Tel Aviv, right above the colorful farmer’s market. In the past two years, the restaurant is led by chef Yossi Shitrit, one of Israel’s most creative and talented chefs.

A surprise awaits the diners when they enter the main bar at the restaurant- a unique and changing décor that manages to excite every time.

If you don’t know the restaurant, you are in for an esthetic, beautiful experience. Shitrit’s dishes are beautiful and masterfully decorated and have made Kitchen Market into one of the most talked about restaurants in Tel Aviv.

Shitrit’s draws inspiration mainly from art. “I find myself moved by paintings, sculptures and photos, even in the middle of the street. And this leads me and helps me create the dishes”.

The dishes can be described as pieces of art and the Kitchen Market is definitely worth a visit.
