Oh, Telavivian winter, you are one slippery bastard. You’re not even supposed to be here for another month, but the forecasts predict a storm coming to town this weekend, threatening to rain on our official season finale events! Now why you wanna go and do that, huh?

But do not worry, as we always do, we have found a creative and strange solution: Tonight (Wednesday) will be our final official night of broadcast, and tomorrow morning the Teder will close its gates, only to open them one last time for the farewell festivities next weekend (which are gonna be extra dope now that we got another week to plan them). So as we say in hebrew – “Kol Akeva Le Tova” – every delay is for the better.

In the meantime, a little about tonight’s event, which could easily turn into an unforgettable one (or shall we say forgettable due to the high amounts of Vodka it includes): Teder, Absolut Vodka and the Andy Warhol Fund for Visual Art are happy to present the official “Absolut Warhol” launch party. The new limited edition design for the classic glass bottle, inspired by the legendary artists’ “Absolut Vodka” painting from 1985, will be celebrated with a special exhibition in the Heder and live sets by two awesome guests – From California, the legendary Egyptian Lover will bless us with the 808 beats straight from the 80’s, and from London, the elusive fLako will take us to 2015 and beyond with his genre-defying music. In the meantime, Heder will present a special tribute exhibition to Warhol, made by local artists and illustrators.

One of the Lover’s many classics…

And the genius of fLako.

Stay tuned for the final announcement on our closing events next weekend!
