Bindella’s charms gets you at the door while entering the space ingeniously designed by Pitsou Kedem. The original design is drawing from the vineyard and vines of the Swiss Bindella family – owners of the restaurant.
The Latticework, covering the walls, provide a breathtaking play of light and shadows and set the magical ambiance of a spectacular Tuscan vineyard.
But we are meant to speak of food…
Bindella’s kitchen is run in a virtuous manner by chef Roi Sofer and serves dishes that are just as beautiful as the décor. The thought that goes into each of the dishes is apparent and one can say that in Bindella, chef Sofer is defining new aesthetics of the traditional Italian cuisine. The kitchen serves dishes such as Sea fish salad on a bed of Arugula leaves, cherry tomatoes, artichokes, pickled zucchini, crispy rice, herbs, chili peppers, Vitello tonnato: thin slices of rump steak with tuna sauce, capers, salanova lettuce and croutons, handmade Agnolotti stuffed with spinach, ricotta cheese, lemon zest, asparagus, burned butter and parmesan.
Bindella’s prices are reasonable and since it opened its doors to the public the restaurant has been completely booked- you better visit the restaurant AND reserve seats in advance.
