Opening their doors to the world only four and a half months ago, Beit Hapsanter has already earned itself a big name in the Tel Aviv nightlife scene. The eclectic bar lounge, located on Allenby 99, prides itself on being the city’s best kept secret. Upon walking through a dimmed alleyway and partly-hidden entrance, the distinct decor instantly catches your attention. Walls are adorned with dark velvet drapery while vintage chandeliers hang from the ceiling—but the prominent aesthetic is only one of the many unique qualities of Beit Hapsanter.
Eliran Dahan and Josef Laimon, two of the owners of the establishment, are keen on maintaining the alternative, “underground” feel of this late-night spot. While doors typically open around 8 p.m., Beit Hapsanter claims to only close until the last person is ready to depart. With a top-of-the-line sound system, electronic house music can be heard playing well into the late night. Some of Beit Hapsanter’s most frequent DJs include Yoav Sa’ar, Yarden Man, and the Clouds Collective.
