This Swiss Patisserie made us feel miles away from Tel Aviv.
The design of the place is classic, pristine, and elegant. The patisserie is family run by a famous Swiss pastry chef and his two children. There is a covered outdoor seating area with a cafe style menu (until 18:00) and an inside counter selling buttery croissants, sandwiches and quiches.
Their home-made granola was heavenly. But if thats not enough to get you going, we know what will. The lemon meringue was simply perfect. A tangy lemon cream, sandwiched between fluffy meringue on one side and a shortbread crumble base.
Currently they are only serving food during the day, but hope to extend these hours soon. If you are looking to WOW your shabbat guests then check out their special Challot that they serve on a Friday including parve, milky and brioche options.
