MEET SOME COOL PEOPLE!
Starting tonight with beach volleyball

Tel Aviv is full of great people, but sometimes it gets a little hard to actually meet them. Tonight there’s two awesome events for you to make some cool new friends: a Volleyball tournament for players of all levels + BBQ on the beach by the Tel Aviv Beach Volleyball and Picnics Group, and Tel Aviv’s biggest hippy community center Pele celebrates its 4th Birthday. Looking for more ideas? Check out our blog post on the Best Places to Meet New People in Tel Aviv!

Number 3WEEKEND SHOPPING!
From top designer sales to second hand clothing!

This weekend is full of shopping events! There is something for everyone, from top Israeli designer sale Dress Code at the Dubnov Gallery (Thursday to Saturday) or the Outside Society Designer Clothing Sale on Friday (find clothing from top designers like Alexander Wang, Prada and more!), to not-so-fancy clothing Summer Fashion from Thursday to Saturday and Rosa Pop Up Summer Sale on Friday. There will also be a second hand sale on the Lost Youth Festival on Friday!

PARTY OF THE WEEK!
Friday: Bicicletta & HU:PU @ Kuli Alma!

This Friday, two of our favorite bars, Kuli Alma and Bicicletta, are joining forces to host one of the best pre-Midburn parties of the season! An afternoon with some cool DJs, delicious food and refreshing drinks, DIY accessories and fundraising for the HU:PU camp, don’t miss it! With Midburn getting closer, there are loads of awesome parties and events, check them out!

Number 5FRIDAY: SLUT WALK!
A march against woman objectifying!

Like every year since 2011, there will be a march in favor of women rights over her body and look, a protest against women objectifying. Join the movement of women who want to make clear that no matter how they dress or act they are in no way “asking” for harassment. Join Slut Walk TLV at Gordon Beach and walk to Habima Square.

FRIDAY AND SATURDAY: LAG BAOMER!
What it is and where to party!

For the religious amongst us, this is a celebration of the end of the mourning period of Omer, and a commemoration of the founder of Kabbalah Rabbi Shimon Bar Yohai. For the heathens, it’s a great excuse to burn shit. OneDay TLV celebrate tonight with fire, food, and drinks (Thursday), on Friday night there’s a huge party on the Beach, there’s a Vegan Party on Saturday (with burning and eating of meat-eaters), and on Sunday IDC celebrate by burning the Adelson Building!

Number 7SATURDAY: JAZZ IS COOL!
A Tribute To Thelonius Monk at TEDER!

In honor of the 100th birthday of one of the greatest Jazz musicians of all time, Teder are hosting an afternoon full of Jazz and great musicians (and for the first time, a grand piano!). Come and grab some beers, enjoy the sunshine, and listen to some cool music. For more jazz, check out Jazz on Ben Gurion on Friday afternoon, and Arte Glideria‘s weekly jazz evening on Thursday.
