We’ve never seen so many cool Israeli concerts in one week! Highlights include a free concert tonight by Groove Ambassadors at the Container, a huge free concert by legendary indie-rock band Girafot Friday afternoon in Jaffa Port, Israeli Persian sensation Liraz in Reading 3 on Tuesday, Tiny Fingers at the Barby on Wednesday, Vaadat Charigim at Beit Hapsanter also on Wednesday, and saving the best to last, community favorite Dan Pundak has a free show tonight at Hoodna!

If you want to meet new people, this is your week! If you’re into acting, the Stage are holding auditions for their newest musical on Friday. There’s three cool communal Shabbat dinners on Friday night. A free yoga class in the park on Saturday. New women’s meetup ‘Ladies, Wine and Design’ have their launch party on Sunday. A Fashion Meetup on Monday, + loads more!

A food market and a food truck fair this week!
There are no better events than food events! This week there are two very promising events that will make any foodie very happy! On Saturday there is another edition of Food Market.TLV with all kinds of street-food, delicatessen, pastries, grocery, homemade beer and wine. And on Tuesday there’s a huge Food Truck Festival at the Namal with over 12 trucks offering delicious treats!

Get ready for the Playa with cool parties and costume fairs
Midburn is only 3 weeks away and there are some great events to warm up the vibes! Tonight one of our favorite camps Unbirthday Camp is hosting a May the 4th Be With You sci-fi party! Tomorrow afternoon Camp Kodama is throwing a party. And if you haven’t started planning your outfits, there are two great places to find your perfect fit, Burner Bazarre on Friday at Abraham’s Hostel and Pre-Midburn Costumes Fair at Hoodna on Saturday.

As part of Tel Aviv University’s Innovation Conference, this Sunday there will be an amazing event, TECH TALKS 2017: 15 bars, 15 topics, at the same time around Rothschild Blvd. It’s free and awesome! Building a startup? Check out Acceleration Time at Billie Jean, with top speakers Dr. Iris Ginzburg and Guy Katsovich. Are you thinking about studying in Israel? We don’t usually do this, but there are so many cool Hebrew events this week we had to put them in here! On Saturday Teder are hosting an outdoor screening of new movie ‘Not Here, Not There’, “one of the most significant cinematic events seen in our regions in recent years”. On Sunday, an amazing round of lectures by People Who Usually Don’t Lecture. And on Monday, SheCodes opens a new branch at the Wix offices. Want to learn Hebrew? On May 10, 2017, in collaboration with the Tel Aviv Municipality, the ‘Eil’ Association and the Epilepsy Prevention League, there will be a huge concert and party to raise funds for Epilepsy Awareness! The Event will be in Park Hayarkon – all proceeds go to charity! Amazing Lineup includes: Chen Mizrahi, The House of the Dolls, Eliad, The Ultras, Harel Moyal, Noam Ackerman in collaboration with Covers with No Budget and Yonatan Vanunu.
