Official Events begin today! Grand Final next Saturday!

We can’t believe it’s already a year since Netta won at Eurovision, and now it’s finally here! The party starts today and lasts all week, ending with the Grand Finale and Madonna Concert next Saturday. LAILA LAVAN

Thursday Night – Party All Night!

Tel Aviv’s White Night (Laila Lavan) is one of the biggest events of the year, and this year it’s even bigger with Eurovision! Bars stay open all night, and you can play your music as loud as you want! Highlights include the Eurovision Semi Final, a huge concert at the Barby, and TEDER takes over Bialick Square. EAT TEL AVIV

Starts today – Huge 6-day Food Festival in Charles Clore Park

Eat Tel Aviv is back and tastier than ever! Check it out at Charles Clore Park (in Eurovision Village), Eat Tel Aviv starts today for the whole week of Eurovision. The Food Festival features excellent chefs, innovative street foods, colorful food trucks and live music. Fill the gap on Friday with EatWith’s Shabbat Special – eat a traditional Shabbat Dinner with over 50 locals!

GRAND FINALE

Saturday Night – with Special guest star, Madonna!

The Eurovision Grand Finale is this Saturday at Expo Tel Aviv. Tickets sold out a long time ago, but there are live screenings all across the city. INSPIRING MEETUPS

Tel Aviv University’s got you covered during Eurovision

Famous for its beaches, beautiful people, and geopolitical conflict, Tel Aviv is also home to one of the World’s Top Universities – and they have over 50 programs in English! They’ve organized loads of meetups this week: Tomorrow: TAU International Open House, and the new Zoom Art Exhibition by TAU students. Tuesday: Eurovision Conference. Wednesday: Visual Doc Meetup @ Tailor Made. Next Wednesday 22/5: Private Reception with TAU Sofaer Global MBA Team. You can also meet TAU International at the next Jobs + Education Fair on May 31st.

Beach Cleanups, Meetups, Theater in English, and more

As if Eurovision and Laila Lavan weren’t enough, here are some more awesome events! Sunday: The Wandering Israeli Theater in English is back. Tuesday: Two inspiring women’s meetups TechBaby (Mom + 1) and HaMeetupsitiot; and a spiritual show by Snatam Kaur. Wednesday: There’s a Whiskey Expo and a Gidi Gov Concert. Lag B’Omer, Docaviv, and Bombino live!

Docaviv is back in action next Thursday, check out all the events and make sure you get your tickets early, they sell out fast! Bombino performs two shows, live back to back at the Barby next Tues/Wed. Also, Lag B’Omer is around the corner and the parties are adding up. More cool events next week include FuckUp Nights in Hebrew (Sunday), a Slut Walk Roast @ Kuli (Monday), The Stage returns with their Grand Slam Final (Wednesday), and there’s a Dress Code Pop-up Market (Friday).
