Tonight: The Stage returns with an English-language standup night

Our favourite English-language performance arts community, The Stage TLV, returns tonight with Moonlight Comedy, their monthly standup comedy showcase at Polly Bar. Thursday: Feel the power and feminine energy!

Join thousands of women this Thursday for the Life Run Women’s Night Run in Park Hayarkon. There are three different courses to conquer – 4km, 8km, and 12km. Along the route are music stands with top female Israeli DJs, and before and after the race there’s a huge concert and a variety of activities for the participants. Thursday: Celebrate annual Star Wars day with two inter-galactic events

Get ready to be transported to a galaxy far, far away from Tel Aviv on May the 4th – the unofficial Star Wars Day. Our favourite comics book store Dying Lake is throwing a free celebratory screening of Star Wars: A New Hope, and a huge comic sale. Thursday: Assaf Amdursky and Hila Ruach are coming to the Barby

Two of Israel’s most talented musicians, Assaf Amdursky and Hila Ruach, are coming together for a one-of-a-kind concert to the Barby stage. Assaf Amdursky is a talented singer-songwriter known for his unqiue blend of rock, pop, and folk music. Hila Ruach, an accomplished pianist and composer, will accompany Assaf and will dazzle you with her virtuosic playing and imaginative compositions. Friday: Celebrate 70th Anniversary of Israeli-Japanese Friendship

Come and experience the cultural fusion of Japan and Israel in a unique art exhibition presented by The Embassy of Japan and The Pastry Box, made specifically for the 70th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Japan and Israel. The Ukiyo-e Tel Aviv exhibition will showcase the mesmerizing art of Japanese Ukiyo-e woodblock prints, blended with the vibrant and dynamic spirit of Tel Aviv. This art style captures the essence of the “floating world,” where everyday life is portrayed in intricate detail.
