University degrees are now required to understand city parking signs (if people don’t understand, we can give more tickets ), bike and phone crime especially around the beach is out of control, and the condition of the roads are dangerous. More great pics from around the city: more parking nightmares, temporary balcony in TLV, South Tel Aviv Style, and Tel Aviv in the rain. We also love this post about how the group can make positive change. Thanks everyone for sharing!
