We have a new favourite Ramen restaurant in Tel Aviv! Israeli celebrity chef Dean Shoshani has recently opened WABI just near the intersection of Yehuda Halevi and Nahalat Binyamin. Famed for his delicious Japanese cooking workshops and home meals, Shoshani’s goal is to create an affordable Japanese ramen and street food restaurant that will conquer Israel – and we think he’s off to a great start! The ramen is available in three flavours – chicken, beef, and vegetarian – all oozing with umami!  There are also great street food options like gyoza, yakisoba, yakitori and more, and a fun collection of Japanese drinks – all served in an authentic Japanese ramen restaurant atmosphere.
